CCC's AGM & Christmas Party - Fri 27 Nov 15

I am pleased to announce that Chatteris Cycling Club will have its first AGM on Fri 27 Nov at the Sportsman followed by the clubs Christmas Party. Entry to the party will be £5.00 for adults and free to children under the age of 18. Doors for the party will open at 7:30pm.
The lay out of the evening will start with the clubs first Annual General Meeting (AGM) starting at 6:15pm. All potential CCC members are kindly requested to attend this very important meeting. This will then be followed at 7:30pm by the clubs first Christmas Party which will hopefully see as many potential members and there families arrive for some festive fun.
This is a great opportunity to finally meet everyone, listen to what plans have been made or being thought about and to have your say on ideas you want to see implemented in the club. It's also a fantastic way to celebrate the birth of the club afterwards and over a few festive drinks. A disco, raffle and hot food served from the kitchen will also be available. The initial club committee will consist of the following members who will remain in post for a minimum of 1 year:
CCC Chairperson - Matt Waters
CCC Secretary - Wendy Lancaster
CCC Treasurer - Jacky Jenkins
We are doing a lot behind the scenes to get this club up and running. Remember if you want to volunteer for a job within the club then please get in contact with us. I hope to see as many club members and their families there as possible.
